This is a 2,595-square-foot home is a front-drive single-family mode by Homes by Avi. A show home depicting this model is presently in the northwest Calgary community of Rockland Park.

There are three spacious bedrooms on the second floor, a main floor bedroom and a full legal suite containing a bedroom in the basement.

Each of these bedrooms has a large walk-in closet, helping avoid the chances of clutter. These closets help support the needs of the children of the family as they get older.

The larger of the secondary, or children’s, bedrooms on the second level reaches 12 feet by 11 feet. One of these bedrooms boasts one generously sized window, and the other has windows on two walls.

The 12-foot by 15-foot four-inch master has a closet accessed from within its ensuite. This closet is large enough to function as a dressing room. Combining the two spaces creates one fluid area in which to prepare for one’s day at work.

Separating the master from the secondary bedrooms is a central bonus room. Kitty corner is a loft area featuring two expansive desks flanking a cabinet unit. It’s easy to imagine the children of the family using this space to polish of a homework assignment or study for an exam.

On the main level, a bedroom and full bathroom are tucked away from high traffic areas, delivering an element of privacy for the people who occupy it. Multi-generational households will be attracted to this bedroom, allowing seniors in the family to avoid regular use of stairs.
